Unless exactly what's needed to enable growth is known up-front, a good place to start is with MarketWise's Growth Readiness Assessment. This is typically a 5 to 10-day engagement and it's meant to identify current state, gaps and barriers as they relate to setting the organization up for growth. It begins with interviews of key stakeholders, in all functional areas. Each interview is done separately, but the questions asked are the same. Once a cross-functional set of views are understood, a report of findings is written and presented, along with recommendations and a discussion of next steps. This is the end of the engagement, unless or until the client is ready to move forward with additional projects, whether market research, help with development of a strategic plan, assistance with execution or a fractional role.

All MarketWise services are available separately, as a broader project, or via a fractional role, meaning you can pick and choose the services you want, based on your organization’s internal expertise and how you want to apply the resources you have within the company versus the ones you'd like MarketWise to assist with.
Services are typically structured as multi-week/month projects, however in cases where clients want to be more "hands-on," educational sessions can be delivered effectively in day-long or multi-day workshop formats.
