Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and a Master of Business Administration degree in management, in addition to certificates in six sigma and having substantial experience in lean methodologies.
Mike is the creator of the Let'sTalkGrowth Podcast and (co)author of several industry whitepapers, including Start with Research, The Basics of Strategy, Executing to Win, Built from Bricks, Leadership First and The Journey.
In his spare time, Mike enjoys writing, woodworking, skiing, traveling and volunteering. Mike lives with his family in the Twin Cities (Minnesota), where they have resided since 1999.
